Braunwood at Town Creek offers a mix of Single-Family Homes and Townhomes in New Braunfels, featuring thoughtfully designed two- and three-story townhome residences with 3- and 4-bedroom floor plans. Homes range in size from 1,414 to 1,896 square feet, and all units include attached double-car garages for added convenience.

Yes, each of our townhomes come with private, fully-enclosed backyards great for lounging in or play time with your furry friends.

Yes! We are a pet-friendly community designed with your four-legged companions in mind. Residents can enjoy a creekside dog park complete with fencing and benches, as well as homes featuring private, fenced-in yards, making it easy and convenient to enjoy time outdoors with your pets.

Tours & Applications

Tours are available both in person and virtually at Braunwood at Town Creek.

Applications can be completed online or in person through the Braunwood at Town Creek leasing office.

Applicants must provide proof that they earn at least three times the monthly rent. Acceptable documentation includes bank statements or recent pay stubs.

Yes. All residents at Braunwood at Town Creek are required to maintain renter’s insurance.

No. Braunwood at Town Creek does not currently offer affordable or income-restricted housing options.

Yes. Braunwood at Town Creek charges a $75 application fee per adult and a $150 administration fee. The security deposit is equal to one month's rent.

No. The community does not currently offer additional moving or settling-in services.

Security deposits are returned within 30 days of move-out.

Pets

Yes. Braunwood at Town Creek charges a one-time pet fee of $350 for one pet or $500 for two pets. In addition, residents are required to pay $25 in monthly pet rent per pet.

Braunwood at Town Creek is conveniently located approximately 30–40 minutes by car from San Antonio International Airport (SAT). This makes SAT the most accessible airport for travel to and from the community.

Braunwood at Town Creek is surrounded by great outdoor activities in the New Braunfels neighborhood. Residents can enjoy a relaxing day at Landa Park, which features scenic walking trails, picnic spots, and beautiful natural surroundings. The community is also close to the Comal River, a popular local destination for tubing, swimming, and enjoying the water during warmer months. For those who love exploring nature, there are also nearby hiking and walking trails that offer a peaceful way to experience the Texas Hill Country outdoors.

Braunwood at Town Creek in New Braunfels, TX is located within the New Braunfels Independent School District (NBISD), the public school district serving most of the city and surrounding areas.
